• All non-resident guests must check in at the front desk prior to entering the property.
• New residents must check in at the front desk prior to pulling in, to park.
• All personal trash must be picked up and disposed of in the proper receptacles.
• Obey the speed limit of 5 mph.
• No illegal, noxious or offensive activities shall be conducted while on the premises.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disruptive behavior.
• Observe quiet hours of Weekdays 10pm and Weekends 12pm
• All children must be accompanied by an adult. Parent or guardian is responsible for their child’s safety and conduct. 
• Property ownership, management and staff are not held liable for any personal injuries, bodily damage, or personal property damage. 
• Guest(s) responsible for property damage will be held liable.

• No Swimming in the lake
• No glass containers permitted in any public area of the property.
• Please pick up and dispose of properly:

                 o Bait, Tackle, Fishing Line, Equipment, Etc.

                 o Personal Trash

                 o Cigarette Butts

                 o Etc.

• Please do not burn trash, metal or plastic in the fire pits.

• All pets must be conveyed to the park staff at the beginning of your stay or the day you obtain a pet.
• Pets are welcome but MUST be picked up after. 
• Pets are not permitted in the public buildings or amenity areas including but not limited to the bathhouse, pool, kids park, lake, grass immediately surrounding the pay lake. 
• Pets must be kept on a leash and under the control of their owner.
• Pets must not be left tied out without an owner present.
• The owner of any pet is responsible for any injuries or damage caused by their pets. In addition, the owner of any pet, that causes injury or damage to another, is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party. We are not responsible for any injuries or damage caused by pets.
• Pets will be allowed in certain rental units upon payment of a non-refundable pet fee. Please note that any guest wishing to bring a pet and use a rental unit must advise Reservations of this fact when making their reservation arrangements.

• All sites must be kept tidy, clean and organized. 

               o No household trash

               o No Animal feces

               o No personal belongings stacked, piled or hoarded outside

• All hoses and connections must be free of leaks, drips and cracks.
• Please be respectful of your neighbors and their space.
• No alterations to utilities permitted. Heat trace is permitted during winter months, but it must be installed safely and properly as to not damage park property. 
• All RVs must be in working condition. 
• Must be able to hook up and move in an emergency situation.
